Interior Renovation

This Gig Harbor, WA 1990's 2,700 sqaure foot contemporary house existed as a rental for 11 years, and suffered during transistions with multiple tenants. In order to prepare the home to go on the market for sale, a full interior re-build was needed to bring the interior back to a fresh, bright and inviting home.

The original honey oak floors recieved dark Kona stain, along with the addition of hearing bone joined boarders wrapped around a variated wide plank hickory. The new bright white kitchen is grounded on the dark floors, and accented with Quartz countertops and a glass & stone backsplash. The fireplace is clad with custom cut travertine tiles with a matching pencil boarder at all edges. The design and materials continue into the Master Bath, and all hardware and fixtures have been replaced with a brushed nickel finish.
